En nuestra modalidad de Puja Directa le ofrecemos la posibilidad de pujar sin precio de reserva lo que significa que el primer importe que figura en el precio de salida garantiza que su primera puja será la ganadora del lote en subasta siempre y cuando no sea superada por otro usuario en los siguientes tres minutos. Los lotes que figuran en Puja Directa estarán expuestos en nuestra web de Subastas Darley durante Diez días. Una vez finalizado este tiempo, si el lote no ha recibido ninguna puja, será retirado. Si por el contrario dicho lote obtiene una primera puja se mantendrá en subasta, a partir de ese momento, durante tres minutos, siendo adjudicado al finalizar dicho tiempo, si no hay otra puja. Dando el lote por adjudicado aún siendo esa la única puja.

Todas las normas, funciones y calidades de los lotes de esta modalidad de subasta Directa son iguales a las otras subastas ofrecidas por Subastas Darley. También las comisiones y otros gastos causados por el envío del lote adjudicado.

Si se realiza una puja a pocos minutos de la fecha y hora de finalización de la subasta, esta será adjudicada como ganadora al finalizar el tiempo de dicha subasta. no se revisara o se ampliara diez minutos más. Solo se ampliara diez minutos más en el caso que se realice otra puja justo antes de finalizar el tiempo de dicha subasta.

In our Direct Bid mode we offer you the possibility of bidding without a reserve price which means that the first amount that appears in the starting price guarantees that your first bid will be the winner of the auction lot as long as it is not exceeded by another user in the next three minutes. The lots listed in Direct Bid will be displayed on our Darley Auction website for ten days. Once this time is over, if the lot has not received any bid, it will be withdrawn.
