An oval brooch made of 18k yellow gold and rhodium plated, decorated with vegetal scrolls, art deco style, openwork and rose-cut diamonds set with three facets. The coin is made of gold, 18k or 22k, with a commemorative coin commemorating Pope John XXIII and his effigy.
