18k yellow gold choker with emerald and diamond.

Elaborate pendant set in 18k gold with the front decorated with brilliant cut and Dutch rose cut diamonds. The pendant is composed of two rings and in the centre a 4.90 ct knob-shaped cut emerald. It is held in place by five pieces, also covered in diamonds. The centre piece consists of a diamond surrounded by a riviere of diamonds. It is followed by two chatons with one diamond each and a flower on each side, also covered with diamonds of a total weight of 5.80 ct. In total there are 160 diamonds of approx. H - I colour, VS quality. The rest of the necklace consists of emerald beads, total weight 45.5 ct, cut. Clasp clasp.
