A green-ground jar and lotus, Tongzhi marked

Glazed porcelain shaped with a globular body under a wide open neck. The decorative motifs are divided into main bands of lotuses enclosed in cartouches, "ruyi" and laces. The enameled motifs are on a green background and delicately depicted. The base bears the mark "大清同治年制" (Dà qīng tóngzhì nián zhì) in underglaze blue enamel.
