Bronze ‘Dragon’ Vessel, Qing dynasty

A bronze vessel with a large cylindrical body and a narrow foot, decorated with a relief image of a ferocious dragon with a coiled body covered with scales, flying over a sea of sinuous clouds. A slender movable handle is attached to the rim.
