Bronze figure ‘Tara’ Nepal, 20th century

A painted and patinated bronze figure representing the goddess Tara. She is shown seated on a lotus throne, wearing a silk dhoti, jewels, and a large crown on her head. On both sides, there are elongated lotus branches in bloom.
