Bronze figure ‘Tiger’, Qing dynasty

Reddish bronze with greenish spots. It has the shape of a stylised beast with a sinuous and elongated body, resting on its flexed and robust legs, raising one of the front legs. The tail and head are erect, and the expression is menacing, with large eyes and open jaws.
