Carved gourd snuff bottle and bone lid, Qing dynasty.

Snuff bottle in the form of a "meiping" vase carved from a gourd and decorated in bas-relief. It depicts a continuous scene with an adult character in a garden holding lotus flowers. The lid is made of carved bone ending with a pointed form. On the base it has a carved seal.
