Chinese painting "Characters in a garden", 20th century

Watercolor on paper with silk frame. It shows a palace garden with characters. On the right side is an inscription surrounded by seals. And on the reverse is a calligraphy followed by an inscription, also in red, "嘉庆十年春月" (Spring month of the tenth year of Jiaqing).
