Glazed ceramic ‘Tiger’ figure, Qing dynasty

Ceramic modelled in the form of a ferocious tiger. It walks on its four sturdy legs, with a curled tail and an intimidating expression, with large eyes and open jaws showing its sharp fangs. Covered in an intense amber enamel with black details.
