Glazed terracotta sage, Republic of China, 20th century.

Terracotta glazed figure in three colors green, amber and brown. It represents a wise old man with a staff on his shoulder and wearing a wide tunic. The face is unglazed. The details of the figure are very well represented, although it presents faults.
