Pair of glazed ceramic ‘Lions’ figures, Qing dynasty

Two porcelain figures modelled in the form of small lions or beasts, sitting on their hindquarters while grooming themselves with open jaws and flexed paws. Covered with a beautiful greenish glaze with amber flecks.
