Porcelain dish with "Dragon", 20th century

Glazed porcelain "powder blue" with a dragon drawn in gold in the center of the plate. The dragon is flying among flames and holds a pearl with a lucky character. The back of the plate has flames in red enamel. On the base there is a double circle. In perfect condition.
