Porcelain enamelled ‘Scene’ porcelain bowl, famille rose

A porcelain bowl with a wide circular base and a deep body with a curved profile. It is decorated on the outside with a continuous scene, filled with noble personages or deities set in a beautiful garden adorned with leafy trees, colourful flowers and craggy mountains, all executed in ‘pink-family’ glazes over glaze. On the base is a stamp in red ‘薢竹主人造’.
