Ramiro de la Torre (1928 - 1998) Large leaded glass window "Arelquín", 1960
Stained glass window. The design has been made by Ramiro de la Torre (1928 - 1998) for one of his decorative projects. It is made up of small colored glass panes that construct the figure of a harlequin and a dog. It is designed with the intention of creating a large number of tonalities when light filters through the glass.

Ramiro de la Torre (1928 - 1998) achieved an Industrial Expert and Mercantile Professor degree, but his vocation as a draughtsman motivated him to train as a self-taught interior designer and poster designer. His talent for technical drawing is seen in the many drawings and sketches preserved in the "Archivo Valenciano del Diseño". Also, his originality and constructive detail is remarkable. He used to design all the furniture and decorative pieces in his projects.
