Three-color glazed ceramic jug, Liao style

Modelled ceramic in the form of a jug, circular, with a flat rounded body in the shape of a full moon, flanked by a curved handle and a small cylindrical nozzle, and ending in a convex, lobed mouth that simulates the morphology of a flower. It is decorated with a central scene in relief, arranged on both sides, of a large dragon with a scaled body, surrounded by a background of curved lines. The surface is covered with a sancai glaze (三彩) in amber, green and cream.
