Vessel "Dou" Zhou Dynasty, Warring States period (480-221 BC)

Bronze inlaid with an amalgam of fine silver, 99.97% pure, and gold, according to the results and analysis of the piece. The shape presents a flared foot that holds a rounded body, decorated with birds, and a lid with three mythological animals.
