Draftsman and painter famous for his portraits and still lifes, to great success with female figures.
Stands out for its rigorous technical drawing, with strong combinations of light and shadow. So were the plays that illustrated four calendars Spanish Union of Explosives (1955, 1964, 1967 and 1978) .That taste for realism, and strong expressive contrasts, along with his rejection of the avant-garde and foreign influences, we led in 1956 to become a founding member of the "Group Velázquez". Among the awards received include the awarded by the Department of Fine Arts, a First Prize of the City of Madrid and the first medal of the Salon d'Automne in 1950.
